Geoff Baudains
Chief Executive Officer
Geoff has extensive management experience with over 30 years’ in the Construction and Oil & Gas Industry and has held various senior and executive roles such as Site Manager, Project Manager, General Manager and Project Director.
Prior to joining SCEE Geoff spent 20 years at Downer in Western Australia delivering major Electrical & Instrumentation projects which included Chevron’s Wheatstone Project located near Onslow Western Australia, Woodside expansion projects at the Karratha Gas Plant and Pluto sites. As Project Director on the Wheatstone LNG Project Geoff was responsible for a team of nearly 1500 personnel which delivered outstanding safety, quality, and financial results on one of the most significant projects for the Downer Group.
Jamie Yeing
Group Manager - Business Services
Jamie has worked at SCEE for over 20 years in several Management roles. He was appointed to the role of Group Manager-Business Services in 2001 and is responsible for Corporate and Project Systems, including HSEQ, Risk, Procurement and Asset Fleet Management.
Jamie has gained a wealth of experience working within the Electrical Contracting Industry.
Jamie has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, held an appointment as a Director of the Bendigo Bank, York and Districts Financial Services Limited for a full term and currently is serving as a Justice of the Peace WA.
Jodie Grandile
Head of Human Resources
With a progressive career spanning over 20 years’ with SCEE, Jodie was appointed as Human Resources Manager in 2011.
Jodie is an experienced HR professional responsible for leading the HR function for the SCEE Group. Jodie is a Professional Member (MAHRI) with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Scott Templeton
General Manager Operations
Scott joined SCEE Electrical in 2021 and was appointed General Manager Operations - West Coast in 2024.
With over 30 years’ extensive experience in industrial, resource and energy operations Scott is an accomplished management professional. He is a proven leader offering a wide range of experience in strategy, leadership, skilled in the development of high-performing, multi-disciplined, quality orientated teams.
Scott’s role is to manage the operational performance, ensuring safety and quality of the highest standards.
Prior to joining SCEE Electrical Scott spent 10 years at Downer WA in various management roles.
